Punta del Giasso used to be one of the few coves reachable by regular trails within the Portofino Park. However, due to a storm that hit Liguria in 2018, the access staircase to the sea was destroyed, and a chain was placed to prevent passage. Nevertheless, it remains an adventurous hike that ends on a cliff overlooking the sea.
