This is a recommended route for experienced hikers due to its significant elevation gain. Adequate water supply, hiking shoes, and trekking poles are advised for tackling the challenging sections.
The starting point is Riva Trigoso on the provincial road (an extension of Via Gramsci for those coming from the city center), near the "bocce" court.
