Once in Santa Margherita Ligure go in via Costasecca the street near the town hall square that rises next to the former Hospital. Follow the paved road for a few meters to go, right, on the trail that runs alongside bands and private property and is marked by two lozenges ().
The trail is all uphill and alternates steps in short stretches of carriage road and some stretches of gravel. Along the way you will find several detours, but you have to go straight. Go past the last house the climb, which develops in the shade holm oak, chestnut trees and oaks is especially steep and at times irregular.
After about an hours walk from the start encountered the wide path peak Portofino - Portofino sea. Here turn left and continue along the main path for about 15 minutes until Crocetta. Behind the bench begins the path that goes in the direction of Nozarego. It is a path in the woods which has some stretches a sometimes overlooked by tall grass and fallen trees. As you descend you begin to see some glimpses of the sea, culminating in a picture postcard setting that is enjoyed by Nozarego.
The path comes back to the cemetery, there continue left to Busseto. After 10 minutes the road becomes paved and passes next to a restaurant and then down to a fork. Here, on the left, a steep slope comes to a small group of houses, called Busseto (or Busseo).
Where the paved road ends, before the last dwelling, although somewhat camouflaged by vegetation there is a narrow path that in 10 minutes connects to via Costasecca (the road running next to the hospital of Santa Margherita Ligure), close in a stone house. From here, following the same route the way you are stuck at the starting point.
