This loop trail takes you through four famous spots on the Ligurian Riviera, mostly along scenic paths.
The entire loop takes about 7 hours of walking and requires some fitness. You can split it into two days and find accommodation halfway if needed.
Start in Rapallo on Via San Tomaso in Santa Maria del Campo, accessible by bus from the city center. Follow signs for the Santuario di Caravaggio. The paved road climbs to a concrete staircase leading to the ruins of San Tomaso, which are not open to visitors....
