This trail connects the two largest towns in Val D'Aveto, Rezzoaglio and Santo Stefano d'Aveto , passing local businesses and shops offering the valley's specialties.
Start in the center of Rezzoaglio , about an hour's drive from the Lavagna highway exit or accessible by bus from Chiavari via SS 586. Park near the Church of San Michele Arcangelo , where there's a bar and grocery store. Take the road descending to the right along the Aveto River, crossing a wide meadow.
