What is a GPX file and what is it for?

It is a file containing the trail track: you can open it in hiking/map apps to follow the route, even with limited signal.

Is Supporter+ a guided tour service?

No. It is not an on-site guide service. It is tailored support and planning to help you choose the best route, timing, logistics and alternatives.

Is the Supporter+ planner unlimited?

No. The planner is included in the Supporter+ plan with usage subject to monthly fair use, to ensure service quality and sustainability.

Can I start with Supporter and upgrade to Supporter+ later?

Yes. If you upgrade from Supporter to Supporter+, you pay the difference and the new plan starts from the upgrade date with a duration of 12 months.
