After access to the park, behind the hotel, continue for about 200 meters to Gaixella where, on the right, there is the well-marked path that leads to Semaforo Vecchio.
The path, which leads to the summit in about 35 minutes, consists of an ascent through a forest characterized by protruding rock masses of unmistakable pudding.
Semaforo Vecchio, recently renovated and used as a refuge, stands on a beautiful lawn surrounded by large trees that offer a little shelter in the sunny days of summer.
The shaded part, now is equipped with wooden benches and tables and a water tap to cool off but NOT drinkable and a room with a brazier.
Behind the Semaforo there is access to a magnificent vantage point from which you can see Camogli and the Golfo Paradiso on the left and, on the right, Santa Margherita Ligure and the Golgo del Tigullio.
From here it is possible to go down towards Pietre Strette or continue towards Toca and Semaforo Nuovo
