How to get to San Fruttuoso di Camogli?

After meeting a young couple, who on a sunny July day arrived exhausted in San Fruttuoso di Camogli along the most demanding path, the one coming from San Rocco and Batterie, we decided to shed some light by listing the access paths to the bay, hoping that this will be of help to hikers.

- PORTOFINO VETTA - PIETRE STRETTE - SAN FRUTTUOSO

It is the fastest and most suitable route for everyone. It starts from Portofino Vetta, a town that can be reached with your own vehicles or by walking from Ruta di Camogli and in the summer months with a small public bus.

- PORTOFINO VETTA - BASE 0 - SAN FRUTTUOSO

A slightly longer route than the previous one, but with more panoramic views. It should be noted, the last steep and irregular downhill stretch from Base 0 to San Fruttuoso could be slippery, especially on rainy days.

- PORTOFINO - SAN FRUTTUOSO

After the steep, but short, initial climb, the path does not present particular difficulties and allows you to reach San Fruttuoso surrounded by a highly panoramic setting. As the previous path, the last steep and irregular downhill stretch from Base 0 to San Fruttuoso could be slippery, especially on rainy days.

- SAN ROCCO DI CAMOGLI - BATTERIE - SAN FRUTTUOSO

Challenging route, due to its length and exposed sections, sunny and without water sources.
Recommended only for more experienced hikers.

We remind you that, in all cases, we are talking about trails that require the right equipment: trekking shoes and an appropriate supply of water.
