Passing through

To experience the path of the Valle dell 'Acqua Fredda, we made a short loop, but once in Portofino Vetta it is possible to continue on other paths that allow you to make longer excursions.

The starting point of this short route is in Via Molfino , the driveway that connects Ruta di Camogli to San Rocco di Camogli.
Take this beautiful flat road surrounded by greenery, which offers splendid panoramic views over Camogli, up to the car parking area.

Here, leave the asphalted road following the signs on the left for Portofino Vetta.
This is a well-kept but little-frequented path that climbs along the Valle dell'Acqua Fredda and, in short, it turns into a steep concrete staircase. Following the regular steps, shaded by thick vegetation, you will find yourself under the antenna of the Monte di Portofino.
Continue to the right to reach the main path that connects Portofino Vetta to Portofino mare.
On the right, walking a few meters, you will find a drinking water faucet.

Now turn left, passing under the antenna and, subsequently, in front of the entrance to the Park you arrive behind a beautiful period building, the former Hotel Kulm. From here begins the descent into the woods that ends between the houses of Via Gaixella , in Ruta di Camogli . Always on the left, you meet the steps that reach the Via Aurelia.
